This was my progress as of midnight, 50 rows of sleeve !

It has grown again this morning, but is shy and will only let me take it’s photo once a day.

Have a good knitting day everyone 🙂

I got Mum to take this pic of me casting on during the Opening Ceremonies. I haven’t got a great deal to show yet, but it’s Knit Lincs this afternoon so hopefully I’ll get some more done there!

I’ve made a start too… February 11, 2006

(I finally figured out how to add a post I think).  Started last night then realised I’d made a major miscalculation with the number of stitches (somehow managed to lose at least 10) and had to frog it.  I’m worse than that Eddie Ski jumper fella!  Yarn Harlot says I can’t have a tantrum.  That’s what she thinks – chucks self on floor and boo hoos, flailing arms and legs wildly.  Now I don’t reckon I’ll have enough yarn.  It’ll just have to be a CROPPED cardi.

Will the photo come out? Boulder progress

I managed to CO and do a few rows last night. I’m attempting to make a slice of tree trunk, as part of my contribution to the Knitted Garden project. I’m unfettered by expertise or know how, so my results may be…. interesting…

I’m not sure if I’m doing this post right either!

I’ve just joined. 🙂 This is the pathetic beginning of my olympic bid. Let’s hope my performance improves. Although, seeing as I’ve just spent 2 hours wasting time on the web, I doubt it will!
